This phone call represents the dismissive attitude that the NFL, and in this case, the Atlanta Falcons has toward its fans.   In order to buy season tickets at the new Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, you have to buy a personal seat license. Mine cost $11,000. I listed them on PSL Source along with my remaining season tickets this season and sold it fairly quickly.

When I sent an email as requested by PSL Source to transfer the tickets to the new buyer and thus receive my funds, I was met by rude female who told me I couldn't do that until November when their system was set up.

After virtually yelling at her and then being lied to about the availability of a manager, I called back and the gentleman in this call answered.  He was polite but powerless to help in any way.

This is typical billionaire business America! they leave the millions like this for sales guy to deal with upset customers while they create top-down management programs to violate the contracts they have with customers (breech of contract), take advantage of the customer's goodwill and make it impossible to hold the billionaire business accountable.

What's most interesting is the timing of their "allowing" us to utilize our legal right to transfer our personal seat license.  In this phone call, you'll hear that they Falcons still have a few hundred seats to sell and is my belief that they are withholding our rights to sell and transfer hours so that we don't compete with them (and our ability to transfer doesn't begin until nearly the end of the season). Oddly, that's not in my contract as displayed in the thumbnail image above.

The NFL and its teams are detached from the reality of America, they had become incredibly arrogant and they don't care about honor or integrity.

If they did, I wouldn't be selling my tickets, boycotting the NFL and being exposed to this horrific customer service experience.

Bryan explains why the NCAA coaches have virtually no choice but to continue a pattern started in AAU kids leagues by shoe companies like Adidas and Nike.
